After years working in senior HR roles across diverse industries, I noticed a gap: businesses were investing in people, but often without a clear strategy or the right support to back it. HR was being treated as a checkbox, not the powerful driver of growth, culture, and innovation that it truly is.

That’s why I started Element HR. I wanted to create a consulting firm that partnered with businesses in a deeper, more strategic way. One that looked beyond policy and paperwork, and focused instead on building strong, values-aligned workplaces where people and performance thrive together.
